Two guys saw these pipes sticking out of the ground, they never expected this to be underneath

Two men in Germany were exploring the fields when they found two pipes sticking out of the ground in the middle of nowhere. What they discovered is nothing short of astonishing. This is one of our favorite urban exploration stories. What they found is just fascinating.

After finding the pipes in the field, finding the entrance wasn’t too difficult. This is the entrance. A hundred meters from the periscopes and surrounded by pine trees. It was covered with a wooden lid that was easy to remove with a crowbar. The iron door you can see in the photo would swing back in, but the lock was broken so they couldn’t get stuck inside.

What you can see here is what you would see for the next few minutes, nothing but endless hospital-like corridors. They said the acoustics were, in a word, spooky. A pipe and plastic bag on the floor, believed to be from a local supermarket. Corridors like this occurred several times. They decided to go straight ahead so as not to get lost.

The holes in the wall on the right appeared to have been hammered. This is what you see when you turn left. At the intersection seen above, the narrow hole in the floor was filled with dirty water. Nothing to see there. Moments later at the second intersection, they found what appeared to be a clogged entrance covered in graffiti.

Obviously they weren't the first to visit. The hallway, as they discovered, was not straight at all. It had several small turns leading to another long distance to the left. You can see more random punches in the wall. This is the view.

Looking back at this point, they were both unsure whether to continue or leave. Look for graffiti in the top right corner. The one on the left translates to help. This big yellow door came out of nowhere. They expected and hoped for an exit or some other dead end.

They had no idea how a single person or even a few people could open them, as they seemed as heavy as the doors of a bank vault. There were Cyrillic letters on this particular one, but it was hard to decipher. Right next to one of the broken doors is Exit number two. I don't know what these used to do, possibly for ventilation after a lot of passing and I mean a lot of those heavy vault doors. The rooms seem to be getting more and more destroyed, as you can see from the decade walls.

Looking back where they come from will give you an idea of how many heavy doors each visitor has to pass. Placed directly after each other. Ahead, the graffiti clearly read Hello Satan, I love you. Not something you want to read there. Here is another angle of the Satan graffiti seen on the wall on the left.

They decided to enter the hallway on the left. The walls were solid and metal as my friend and I suspected was lead or something like that. Note a small red number on the wall 20 211 and the cryptic painting in the background made of black lines. If you passed a few corners in the lead-walled hallway, you'd set foot in this flooded area which was a single step lower than the previous rooms. They only put their heads in it to take some pictures.

This is what you would see if you went left. A larger room was also flooded. It seems a little tilted. Note another ventilation pipe right next to the door. This was the first time on the entire tour that one of the explorers literally panicked, terrified by the silhouette of this mess that resembled a crouching or seated man.

Another flood. They were stopped by another impassable corridor as they were already going back to where they came from, my friend found this haunted gem. It was the largest room yet, but visible only through small square holes in the walls. Rear view of the machine on the wall, in the background right below the ceiling pipes, you can see the narrow opening from where he took the photo above random gloves found in one of the small holes that random shoe had left in the mud. This is a sign on the floor indicating that these spikes looked just like icicles, but were probably some sort of mineral phenomenon.
